Pink Lemonade Pie

Posted on July 6, 2020July 6, 2020 by laineyp

The other day I tried a new recipe.  I love pink lemonade so I decided to give this recipe a try.  I used store-bought Kinnikinnick gluten free vanilla wafers for the crust instead of making my own vanilla cookies from scratch.  The crust surprisingly does not have any gluten free flour.

After I made the crust I put it in the fridge to chill.  I was also surprised to find that it did not need to be cooked.  Then I started on the filling and beat the heavy whipping cream:

Then I beat the cream cheese, added the sweetened condensed milk, and beat in the thawed pink lemonade juice concentrate.  Next I added in the pink food coloring for style.  I used organic food coloring powder.

The pie turned out to be very yummy as well as pretty.

Thank you Jeanine for this insanely delicious pie recipe!  I enjoyed every bite. 🙂
